Hi Guys!  Ellen here, writing from , and I want to thank you for checking out my blog!  I’ve always been obsessed with guys’ teeth, and even refuse to date a guy with lousy teeth, no matter how nice he is!  I know that sounds bizarre, but because of that I’ve been obsessed with teeth whitening for the past few years.

It seems like there are so many of these “review” sites nowadays, and to be honest, they all seem a little fishy to me.  Unlike them, I won’t RAVE about every product, instead I’ll just tell you how well each one worked on myself.

The first thing I tried was Crest Whitestrips, which bleached my teeth for a while, but made them very sensitive.  After that, I got trays from my dentist for, oh, about $500!  The problem with a lot of whiteners is that they basically weaken your teeth, stripping away enamel.  Next was NutraBrite (site here), but I only used it for a month free trial so I’m not sure if I got the full effect from it.  The one I’ve been doing for the past 3 months is Whitening Brites (site here).  Like NutraBrite, I went for the free trial with Whitening Brites, and kept going with it.  It takes care of all angles, even down to the toothbrush!

Here are all four that I tried:

Best overall system, comes with everything you need and seems to attack more of the core causes of poor tooth color instead of relying just on bleaching (free trial at whiteningbrites.com)

NutraBrite check check check check

solid, used it for a total of a month (it was a trial) and saw results almost as good as the Trays, but this stuff supposedly strengthens as well (there’s a free trial now at nutrabrite.com)

probably the best bleach job, but by far the most expensive.  You have to pay for refills too…
